From Our Book Leading Narratives

The following is one of many stories from our latest book, Leading Narratives:The perfect collection of stories, jokes and wits of wisdom for leaders The Painting Nuns Two nuns are ordered to paint a room that was under construction in the convent, and the last instruction of the Mother Superior is that they must not get even a drop of paint on their habits. After conferring about this for a while, the two nuns decide to lock the door of the room, strip off their habits, and paint in the nude. In the middle of the project, there comes a knock at the door. “Who is it?” calls out one of the nuns. “Blind man,” replies a male voice from the other side of the door. The two nuns look at each other, shrug, and deciding that no harm can come from letting a blind man into the room, they open the door. “Nice breasts, sister,” says the man, “Where do you want these blinds?” Moral of the Story? 2018 CLJ Renewal Rate Jumps To 80%

The Coaching and Leadership Journal saw a renewal rate of 80 % for 2018. Here is what founder and editor Dan Spainhour said,  "I am so very proud of our Journal. It is especially gratifying to watch our journal grow. When we launched seven years ago there was so much speculation that subscription-based print journals were dead. But I knew what my years of experience had taught me Top leaders want to read and they want to learn--they just don't have the time to waste on irrelevant information. In an era where most magazines feel very fortunate to get a renewal rate of 50 percent, I think our renewal rate of over 80 percent shows that leaders realize the value of our publication," For more about The Coaching and Leadership Journal visit The Leadership Publishing Team Download a free sample.  Start your subscription today!
